Questions
AXIS works with your existing HMD (head-mounted display) and is compatible with any SteamVR/OpenVR games that support full body tracking. Simply launch the game and enjoy a new experience with AXIS! If you are still unsure if AXIS supports the title or the HMD you are using, contact our Support Team for further details and assistance here.
You will need the following to run the AXIS applications:
- A computer with Windows 10 or later for AXIS Control Center
- A phone with Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later for AXIS Hub
Your computer must also meet the requirements for other applications or games that you intend to run.
If you are using AXIS Nodes and AXIS Hub together, both your computer and phone must be connected to the same wireless network.
If you are using AXIS nodes with an HMD (head-mounted display), a router is required for both devices to communicate.
This means you won’t need to keep track of which node goes on which part of your body – or worse – worry about assigning WiFi addresses to them individually. Our nodes can be easily recalibrated and reassigned accordingly in order to get you up and running again.
