“I am unable to open the AXIS Control Centre application”.

• Make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network before opening the application.

“I am unable to detect any nodes in node manager”.

• Check that the AXIS dongle is connected to the PC, and that all nodes are turned on.

“I am seeing more nodes than needed in the node drawer”.

• You may be detecting other nodes that are nearby. To avoid this, we recommend pairing one set of nodes at a time.

“I continue to experience strange or unnatural movement in the game”.

Solution 1

Your AXIS node battery level may be low. Switch to a new set of AXIS nodes or charge them before trying to play again.

Solution 2

a. If there are multiple AXIS sets in use in the same area, your AXIS nodes may be facing interference from those other nodes.

b. You may pair your nodes on different WiFi Channels to minimize interference.

c. To change the WiFI Channels for your AXIS Nodes, click on the WiFi icon located on the top right of the AXIS Control Centre.

d. There are 11 separate channels to utilize. The general principle is not to have two (2) sets of nodes in the same area, on the same channel.
