Downloading VTKD Software

1. Login to VTKD Portal using the Owner or Game Master Login.

2. Select the Organizations tab on the left sidebar, followed by Games Files Download.

3. Download both VR and PC files. Both files will be downloaded to your default downloads folder (e.g. C:\Users\User\Downloads).

  • PC Download – “vtkdu-installer…”
  • VR Download – “Android-PICO…”

Installing VTKD (Game Master) Software on PC

1. Locate the “vtkdu-installer…” file on your PC.

2. Open the installer file to launch the Virtual Taekwondo Setup Wizard.

3. The game is successfully installed on your PC. The Virtual Taekwondo will be found in the selected destination folder and a shortcut will appear on your desktop.

Installing VTKD (Player) Software on Pico

1. Locate the VR download zip file – “Android-PICO…” and extract the files onto your Desktop.

Before proceeding with the installation

Update your Pico device to the latest version.

  • A system update pop-up should appear when starting the device for the first time.
  • If the pop-up does not appear, you can locate the System Update in the settings under General/System Update.

Connect the VR Headset to the PC

1. Turn on the Pico headset.

2. Click on the Pico ‘Home Button’ on the controller to bring up the menu tray. Select the ‘Quick settings’ icon in the bottom right corner of the menu tray.

3. Select the ‘Settings’ icon, in the top right corner and navigate to the ‘Developer’ button (developer settings must be enabled).

Click here for a guide (or see this video) on enabling developer settings. Once Developer settings are enabled, the Developer tab should appear in Settings.

4. In developer settings:

  • Turn on the ‘USB Debug’ toggle.
  • Ensure that ‘USB Connection’ dropdown is selected as ‘File transfer’.

5. Connect the Pico 4 to the PC via USB-C. Your Pico 4 should now appear as a drive on your PC.

6. Locate the extracted zip files (step 4) and open the “Android_Install.bat” to install the software on your headset.

7. The following message will pop-up.

8. Click on More info and Run anyway to continue with the installation.

9. The following window will pop-up and automatically begin installation. If the installation does not begin, your headset may not be connected to your PC.

10. Press any key to complete the installation.

11. Repeat steps 1-9 for all other Pico headsets.
