Portal account

“I am unable to log in to portal “

a. Owner account

  1. Make sure to click on the link in the account creation email and change your one-time-password to activate the account.
  2. Be sure to select the ‘Owner Login’ option on the portal page

 

b. Game Master/Player account

  1. Be sure to select the ‘Member Login’ option on the portal page and type in the correct username and one-time-password (OTP) given by the Owner.

 


Game log in

“I am unable to log in to game”

a. Game Master account

  1. You are required to have a Game Master account to log in to the game.
  2. The Owner must create a Game Master account through the VTKD portal.
  3. Game Master must log in to the portal with the one-time-password (OTP) and set a new password for the account to be activated.
  4. Once the portal account has been activated, you can log the game with your Game Master account.

 

b. Network

  1. An internet connection is required for the game to work. 
  2. A 5G bandwidth router is recommended to be in the proximity of the court. 

Starting a game (waiting room)

“I am unable to select player or type in player name”

  1. You are required to have a minimum of 2 x Player accounts created by the Owner or Game Master.
  2. The Owner or Game Master can create the player accounts through the VTKD portal.
  3. Players must log in to the portal with the one-time-password (OTP) and set a new password for the account to be activated.
  4. Once the Player accounts are activated and have joined the game room from their Pico headsets, the Game Master is able to see the Player accounts in the drop down of the game waiting room.
  5. When the Player accounts are selected, the Game Master has the option of typing in a different display name.
