VR Headset

The section below serves as a guide to set up the VR Headset for VTKD gameplay.

For more information on configuring your VR headset, click here.

For first time setup, please follow the instructions provided on the VR headset display after turning it on.

AXIS Dongle Connector

Attach the dongle connector to your Pico headset.

a. Detach the head strap from the back of the Pico headset.

b. Attach the USB connector sleeve to the head strap and slide towards the front of the headset.

c. Connect the USB-C connector to the USB-C port on the Pico headset located on the left side.

Other Pico Device Setup

We recommend that you make the following modifications and setting changes to your VR headset to prolong the battery life of the device while using it for VTKD play.

i. Cover the infrared sensor with a piece of opaque tape or sticker.

This prevents the headset from going to sleep/standby when not worn.

ii. Adjust brightness to zero

This can be done using the slider in the quick access menu or in the display settings. Setting the brightness at zero prolongs battery life.

iii. Adjust volume

We recommend that the volume be set at 50% or lower to prolong battery life. Volume can be adjusted using the physical buttons located on the right side of the headset.
