Networking Setup

To run Virtual Taekwondo, the PC and Pico headsets must be connected to the same WiFi network [with internet connection]. The PC acts as a dedicated server and game host for the players, who join the game via the PICO headsets.

If you have an existing secure WiFi network in your area, you may connect all the devices to that network. However, do note that you may experience connection issues and delays if:

• There are multiple devices already connected to the network; or
• The access point is located far away from the devices, resulting in a weaker signal strength.

For the best performance, we recommend installing a dedicated router that is placed near all devices. The recommended specifications for the router can be found in http://axisxr.gg/docs/vtkd-user-manual/software-and-hardware-setup-guide/minimum-requirements/.
